As part of its targeted growth strategy, DESCOURS & CABAUD welcomes several new companies.
- Three of these are joining our Canadian brand FICODIS:
- MACMOR INDUSTRIES, which specializes in the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), has four sales outlets – mainly in Ontario and Manitoba – and employs 65 people;
- BAY FASTENING SYSTEMS, a distributor of fasteners, hand tools, power tools and adhesives, is based in Long Island (New York State) and has 30 employees;
- BERLISS, located in New Jersey, United States, is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of mechanical transmission components, with a team of 13 people.
- The business HUGHES TOOLS, a distributor of fastening tools, power tools, and accessories for the construction, industrial, and service sectors, is joining PROFAST (HAHN GROUP), a subsidiary of our US network.
- DESCOURS & CABAUD is also expanding its presence in Europe with ERREGIEMME. Based in Treviso (Italy), this company specialising in industrial supplies and linear guidance is joining FAIT, a subsidiary of our DEXIS brand.
These operations strengthen our strategic positioning and enable us to develop our expertise in new markets.
