As part of our targeted growth strategy, we are pleased to welcome three new companies on board with our Group.
- Two are joining our European brand DEXIS, partner of industrial professionals:
- TRANSFLEX, located in France, specializes in fluid distribution components (hoses, fittings, hydraulic components, lubricants). It has 15 sales outlets, mainly in western France.
- BACHOFEN, based in German-speaking Switzerland, a highly industrial region, is a leader in automation. Its performance is based on high-quality products, complemented by technical, commercial, and logistical services.
- FARBOS, a recognized player in the distribution of metallurgical products and hardware, based in Mont-de-Marsan in southwestern France, joins our PROLIANS brand, a partner to the construction industry.
These acquisitions enable us to enrich our product and service offering and expand our geographical presence. Switzerland thus becomes the 14th country in which DESCOURS & CABAUD operates worldwide.
